ResponseLINK's Medical Alerts are emergency response devices that send notifications to the service provider during an emergency when a subscriber pushes a button on the medical alert device. The ResponseLINK medical alerts are small and compact devices, waterproof and have battery backup in case of a power outage.

ResponseLINK medical alarm is another name for the medical alert system from ResponseLINK. The ResponseLINK medical alarm gives the user access to medical care in case of an emergency. It includes a base station (connected to a telephone line) and a portable device that can be worn by the user. Pushing the button on the portable device activates the alarms and the central station is alerted. Within 30 seconds an operator responds to assess the situation, decides on the appropriate person to notify (from a list of emergency numbers that you choose at the beginning installation).

The ResponseLINK medical alert pendant is a small pendant worn either around the neck or as a bracelet to protect the subscriber in the case of a medical emergency. When the button on the pendant is pressed, the central station is notified and a trained ResponseLINK operator assesses the situation and calls the proper medical personnel and care givers. The ResponseLINK medical pendant is lightweight, durable and waterproof. It also has two way audio to a live operator 24 hours a day. This ensures a response within 30 seconds of pressing the button.

ResponseLINK's medical alert systems can be worn as medical alert bracelets. Since they are small, light weight and waterproof, they can easily be worn on the subscriber's person. The medical alert bracelet has two way audio to a live operator 24 hours a day. When the central station is notified, a trained ResponseLINK operator assesses the situation and calls the proper medical personnel and pre-defined caregivers.

ResponseLINK has made it easy for subscribers to remember to take their medication with the programmable times set in the monitoring panel. This 24 hour a day alert gives family members, medical providers and caregivers the peace of mind that the subscriber is taking the proper medication that is needed every day without missing a single dose.

Meal Reminders
ResponseLINK meal reminder is a service add-on that can be purchased along with the ResponseLINK medical alert system. It can be used to preset meal reminders. This reminder is designed to call the subscriber to remind them that it is meal time at every meal interval. This gives peace of mind to caregivers, family members and medical professionals that meals are not forgotten or delayed.

Personal Alarm
The ResponseLINK Personal Alarm is another term for the ResponseLINK medical alert system. It is linked to a base monitoring panel. The push of a button on the personal alarm system (pendant or base monitoring panel), sends a notification for medical aid during the need of emergency help.

Security Alert
Also called the Emergency Alert, this medical service is versatile in providing personal security. ResponseLINK Emergency Security Alert consists of a pendant that is worn by the subscriber and transmits signal to the monitoring panel that is placed in the home when the button is pushed or activated by voice. It is called a Security Alert because of the security it provides during medical emergencies.

Emergency Medical Services
The aim of Emergency Medical Service is to provide immediate treatment to those in need of urgent medical care, with the goal of either satisfactorily treating the emergency, or arranging for the patient to be transported to the next point of care. In most cases this would be a hospital.

Health Test Reminder
ResponseLINK offers pre-set health check reminders as a service add on and can be availed along with the subscription to ResponseLINK's medical alerts. By arranging these reminders, the subscriber is notified and alerted of pre-set health tests, general wellness checks or medical appointments.

Daily Wakeup Call
This is a service add-on that can be purchased with the ResponseLINK medical alert system to provide daily wake up calls. This can be especially useful for seniors or patients on strict diet and continuous medication routines.

Medical Monitoring Panel
The ResponseLINK medical monitoring panel comes equipped with a call button, emergency button, check button and speed dial. It can be used in conjunction with the ResponseLINK Medical Alert Pendant or Bracelet. The ResponseLINK medical monitoring panel can receive signals from medical alert devices in a wide area range of up to 2500 square feet.
