ResponseLINK Expands Nationwide Coverage with New Local Customer Care Representatives in
California, Florida, Massachusetts, Oregon, Washington, and Arizona.

Tempe, Arizona, May 24, 2007 – ResponseLINK is proud to announce new local Customer Care Representatives in the following states: CA, FL, MA, OR, WA and AZ. This expansion continues ResponseLINK’s emphasis on local, customer care. ResponseLINK aims to provide the best possible 24-hour emergency monitoring service to seniors who value their safety and independence.

The ResponseLINK home medical alert system includes a lightweight, waterproof, medical alert pendant and a state-of-the-art two-way communication panel that affords seniors the security of immediate contact with the ResponseLINK monitoring center and emergency personnel. Seconds after an emergency, the medical alert system sends a signal to the monitoring center. ResponseLINK’s trained staff stays on the line with the customer until the emergency has been handled, a service unique to ResponseLINK. If necessary, ResponseLINK’s operators will contact the customer’s loved ones with up-to-the-minute information on the customer’s condition and location.
